Designing a versatile lifestyle shoe for the working homeless.

-NEW LIFE

New Life is a footwear design project with Portland-based developer Guerrilla Development. The design draws inspiration from ‘Jolene’s First Cousin’, a sustainable and affordable housing model aiming to solve Portland's severe homelessness issue.


Our team designed an essential package for the residents. Includes a pair of lifestyle shoes crafted from Clarino™ leather.


Construction

Inspired by origami, the design enables seamless transitions between work and home environments. The sole utilizes recycled Adidas Boost material for comfort and sustainability.
